Tiffany Hsu is a corporate attorney at the international law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. She advises public and private companies on corporate matters, including M&A, corporate governance, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, debt/equity financings, commercial contracts and securities law. Tiffany currently serves as Vice Chair of the Corporate Law Department of the Bar Association of San Francisco and is a member of Morgan Lewis’ CBT Diversity and Inclusion committee and the Pro Bono Committee of the SF office. Previously, she served as the Vice Chair of Morgan Lewis’ Pro Bono Committee in the Silicon Valley office, where she spearheaded new events, competitions and fundraisers to encourage community and pro bono service. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she was at Bingham McCutchen LLP.

Tiffany obtained her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as chair of UCLA’s China Law Conference and externed for James Otero, judge of the Central District Court of California. She holds a B.S. degree in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan. Prior to law school, she worked at a neuroscience lab at Stanford University and is a published coauthor on multiple sclerosis research in the Journal of Clinical Investigations. Tiffany grew up in Taiwan, Vancouver (Canada) and the SF Bay Area. She speaks Mandarin and enjoys traveling to Asia to see family on a regular basis.
